Dr. Kristan Wilson believes in the power of conservative healthcare and lifestyle modifications to achieve luminous health and vitality. She uses lab testing and alternative therapies to provide a personalized approach to her client’s wellness needs. As a chiropractic physician, she utilizes functional nutrition, exercise, supplementation, lifestyle recommendations, chiropractic adjustments, and acupuncture to help people achieve their health goals. She is passionate about empowering her clients to participate in their health journey and to be truly heard. She has special interests in PCOS, type 2 diabetes, weight management, and migraines.

Dr. Wilson has a master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. She graduated as the Valedictorian. She also completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University. It was during this time that she became passionate about women’s health and became aware of a need for alternatives to prescription medications for the hormonal issues that may arise during a woman’s lifetime. This passion led her to round out her education by completing post-graduate work in acupuncture through the International Academy of Chiropractic Acupuncture. She was then certified in this technique and includes it as one of the many tools that she uses to care for the whole individual.
